Ashiatsu Massage​

Ashiatsu massage is a barefoot massage technique that originated in Asian cultures thousands of years ago. The word "ashiatsu" comes from the Japanese words ashi (foot) and atsu (pressure). During an ashiatsu massage, a therapist stands above the client and uses their feet and body weight to apply deep, broad, and consistent pressure with long gliding strokes. The therapist may use oil or lotion and gravity to assist the massage.
